Spectroscopy of the chemical composition of metals
All products are inspected by a Q4 Tasman digital spark optical emission spectrometer with Bit-Stream plasma generator, dual CCD optical system with argon flushing.
Each product group is accompanied by an attestation. At the customer's request, we will adjust and fine-tune the entire content of the "tin wool quot" with this instrument.
Soft solder is manufactured and controlled in accordance with EN ISO 9453. Hard solder, additive metals are provided by our company in accordance with STN EN ISO 17672.
Hard solders and filler metals will be provided by our company in accordance with STN EN ISO 17672.
Lead-free solder complies with Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
The company was certified for quality management according to EN ISO 9001:2015 in 2017 and recertified in 2019 and 2022.
Metrology
KOVOT s. r. o. within the quality management processes ensures 100% input, inter-
operational and output quality control of material flow and compliance with technological conditions for the specified final production.
For the measurement of physical and chemical quantities, the company uses calibrated measuring instruments and optoelectronic recording devices in accordance with the company's metrology regulations.
Research & Development
Through our own technological research and development, as well as cooperation with top research and development institutions, the metallurgical processes are ecologically and economically optimised so that the customer is offered a quality product at an affordable price. Some products and alloys are therefore protected by industrial rights.
